We are looking for a Business Manager (Team Leader) with experience in leading and supervising employee work. Primary responsibility involves ensuring efficient business operations and setting strategic goals going forward. Must also be able to demonstrate competency in guiding performance improvement by combining company vision and culture. The aim is to ensure the profitability of our business activities to support sustainable development and long-term success. Work Responsibilities: - Monitor marketing/business partner teams in terms of performance and target achievement - Conduct market reviews and execute strategies to achieve established targets - Oversee business processes including SOPs, both administratively and in the field - Oversee branch/point portfolio in terms of quality and quantity - Maintain team cohesion and manage internal team conflicts based on company regulations Requirements: - Minimum education: Diploma - At least 2 years of experience leading a team - Experience leading more than 5-10 team members - Minimum 2 years experience in Micro Finance as Manager / leader - Able to develop sales & marketing strategies as a team framework to achieve targets - Own a motorcycle and hold an active SIM C - Willing to be placed in PAMEKASAN Benefits: - Take home pay: 4,550,000 - Motorcycle service allowance - Employee housing provided (fully furnished accommodation) - Clear career path - Motor Ownership Program (motorcycle installment assistance)
