Requirements: Minimum final education of Diploma III. Experience in being responsible for branch management. Experience leading more than 5-10 team members. Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as Business Manager / Leader (Grameen Bank System Financial Institution / Microfinance preferred). Able to formulate Sales & Marketing strategies as a guide for the team to reach targets. Own a private vehicle and a SIM C. Willing to be placed in Amartha's Working Area in Simpang Empat 2. Responsibilities: Ensure all branch KPIs within their Regional scope are achieved effectively. Ensure branch operations in their Area run well through human resource fulfillment and management. Ensure expansion of assigned Managed Areas set by Amartha is carried out properly. Ensure portfolio quality aligns with Amartha's objectives and branch audit results meet management expectations. Uphold principles of transparency at the branch.
