We are looking for an experienced Business Manager (Team Leader) to lead and oversee employee work in our company. The primary task is to ensure efficient business operations and set future strategic goals. The role also requires the ability to provide coaching for performance improvement by combining the company's vision and culture. The purpose is to ensure the profitability of our company's activities to support sustainable development and long-term success. Responsibilities: - Monitor the marketing/business partner team in terms of performance and target achievement - Conduct market review and implement strategies to achieve established targets - Oversee business processes regarding SOPs, both administratively and in the field - Oversee branch/point portfolio in terms of quality and quantity - Oversee team integrity and manage internal team conflicts based on company regulations Requirements: - Minimum education: Diploma - Experience leading a team with responsibility for a minimum of 2 years - Experience leading more than 5-10 team members - Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (Grameen System Financial Institution experience preferred) - Ability to develop sales & marketing strategies as a guide for the team to achieve targets - Owns a motorcycle and SIM C - Willing to be placed throughout the Semarang Kota area Required Capabilities: - High discipline (integrity, honesty & transparency) - Strong communication skills & ability to collaborate with the team - High learning spirit, especially in analyzing information and data - Adaptable to changes and target-oriented - Ability to build a coaching culture to improve team performance Benefits: - Base salary + incentives - Health insurance allowance - Career progression - Motorcycle loss insurance* - Employee loan program* - Marriage benefit* - Child birth benefit* - Umroh for high-performing employees*
