Qualifications: 1. Fresh Graduate/No experience 2. Minimum high school/vocational school education 3. Responsible, disciplined, and has good communication skills 4. Able to work individually and in a team Job Description: 1. Find or recruit freelance sales staff; these freelances can be offered to anyone such as homemakers, university students, or unemployed individuals. The freelance sales staff will be tasked with offering cash loans for motorcycle, car, or business credit, with BPKB collateral. 2. Provide guidance or training to them regarding promotion, selling, and finding clients. 3. Carry out administrative recap of sales from freelance sales staff related to their total revenue, as well as monitoring their sales targets. 4. Conduct product presentations regarding the accountability report. 5. Establish relationships or collaborations with several vehicle showrooms or dealers. 6. Sell Adira products with an established target.
