We are looking for an experienced Business Manager (Team Leader) to lead and oversee employee work. Key responsibilities include ensuring business operational efficiency and setting future strategic goals, as well as providing guidance to improve performance by integrating company vision and culture, with the aim of ensuring company activity profitability to support sustainable development and long-term success. Responsibilities: Monitor the marketing/business partner team regarding performance and target achievement Conduct market review and execute strategies to achieve set targets Responsible for business processes in terms of SOP, both administratively and in the field Responsible for branch/point portfolio quality and quantity Responsible for team solidarity and able to manage internal team conflicts based on company regulations. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in last education Held experience in leading teams for a minimum of 2 years Experienced in leading more than 5-10 team members Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as Manager (Grameen System Financial Institution preferred) Able to compose sales & marketing strategies as a team guideline to achieve targets Owns a motorcycle and SIM C Willing to be placed in the entire Pemulutan area. Required Capabilities: High discipline (integrity, honesty & transparency) Strong communication & collaboration skills with teams High learning spirit especially in analyzing information and data Easily adaptable to changes and target-oriented Able to build a coaching culture to enhance team performance
