Position available: Business Manager (Team Leader) responsible for leading and supervising employee work, ensuring operational business efficiency, and setting forward-looking strategic goals. Must be able to guide performance improvement by integrating company vision and culture, with the aim of ensuring profitability for sustained growth and long-term success. Job responsibilities include monitoring marketing/business partner teams on performance and target achievement, conducting market review and executing strategies to meet established targets, overseeing business processes regarding SOPs both administratively and in the field, taking responsibility for branch/point portfolio in terms of quality and quantity, and ensuring team solidity while managing internal conflicts based on company regulations. Requirements: minimum Diploma education; experience leading a team for at least 2 years; experience leading more than 5-10 team members; minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as Manager, Grameen System Financial Institution preferred; ability to develop sales & marketing strategies as a guide for the team to reach targets; must have a motorcycle and SIM C; willing to be placed in all areas of Nias. Required competencies: high discipline (integrity, honesty, and transparency); strong communication and team collaboration skills; high learning enthusiasm especially for analyzing information and data; adaptable to change and target-oriented; able to build a coaching culture to improve team performance.
