Responsibilities: As a Business Manager, this role is responsible for the overall management & monitoring of Point Offices/branches, including: ensuring the quality and quantity of the portfolio develops in line with the goals and objectives set by Amartha; ensuring all staff deliver their best performance through capacity development planning, workflow monitoring, and conflict management; ensuring recruitment, service, and partner mentoring processes follow SOPs and applicable regulations to maintain partner satisfaction; responsible for evaluation, validation, and approval of financing submissions according to SOP, credit rating, and partner eligibility; ensuring optimal branch repayment rates; responsible for the overall management and strategy of field operational processes (expansion, financing recruitment, service, and partner mentoring) for the branch they lead; responsible for the overall branch office administration. Requirements: Minimum SMA/SMK/Diploma education; experience in team leadership responsibilities for a minimum of 2 years; experience leading more than 5-10 team members; minimum 2 years experience in Micro Finance as Manager (Grameen System Financial Institutions preferred); able to develop sales & marketing strategies as a reference for the team to achieve targets; must own a motorcycle and have a SIM C.
