Responsibilities: Monitor the performance and achievement of marketing/business partner teams regarding targets. Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to reach established targets. Oversee business processes including SOP compliance, both administratively and in the field. Manage branch/point portfolio in terms of quality and quantity. Maintain team cohesion and manage internal team conflicts based on company regulations. Requirements: Minimum diploma degree. At least 2 years of experience leading teams. Experience leading more than 5-10 members in a Grameen System Financial Institution is preferred. Ability to develop sales & marketing strategies as a team framework to achieve targets.
