Responsibilities include overseeing and monitoring Point/Cabang offices: ensuring portfolio quality and quantity develop in line with objectives and targets set by Amartha; ensuring all staff perform optimally through capacity development planning, work method monitoring, and conflict management; ensuring recruitment, service, and partner accompaniment processes follow applicable SOPs to maintain partner satisfaction; overseeing evaluation, validation, and approval of financing applications per SOP, credit rating, and partner eligibility; ensuring optimal branch repayment rate; managing and strategizing overall field operational processes (expansion, financing recruitment, service, and partner accompaniment) for the branch led; responsible for overall branch office administration; ensuring operations, policies, and procedures at the branch run smoothly and in compliance. Requirements: minimum Diploma education; experience leading a team for min 2 years; experience leading more than 5-10 team members; min 2 years experience in Micro Finance as Manager (Grameen System Financial Institutions preferred); ability to draft sales & marketing strategies to guide the team toward targets; must own a motorcycle and SIM C; willing to be placed in all Amartha work areas in Regional Lampung. Required skills: high discipline (integrity, honesty, and transparency); strong communication and team collaboration ability; high learning motivation especially for analyzing information and data; adaptable to changes and target-oriented; capable of building a coaching culture to improve team performance.
