Entering 2025, the company is developing into a technology-driven financial ecosystem focused on lending, funding, and payments, with the goal of improving accessibility, efficiency, and user experience through digital innovation. The Taskforce position offers considerable responsibility and autonomy, including the ability to drive improvements via initiatives and proposals. This role is central to both operations and the recovery process. As Back-Up Operations, responsibilities include conducting surveys, validating, and disbursing funds to partners at the point of contact; performing daily closing activities at the point of contact; handling administrative activities at the assigned point in the role of Branch Manager (BM); visiting and monitoring the point team; and ensuring disbursement targets and Outstanding PAR (Problematic Account Rate) are met. The taskforce is authorized to propose initiatives such as mapping of Majelis and Business Partners (BP), fulfillment of Business Partner needs, and other supporting initiatives for target achievement. In Recovery Process, responsibilities include managing the portfolio by identifying issues and applying action strategies for resolution, analyzing issues at the point of contact, providing feedback to LPR (Loan Processing Reconciliation) and HMB (Head of Management Branch) for corrective action, and offering guidance to meet recovery targets (Flow rate and PAR improvement). The taskforce is authorized to propose mapping of Majelis and Business Partners (BP), proposals for BP fulfillment, and other strategic initiatives to support recovery and performance goals. Requirements: willingness to be placed at any Amartha branch across Indonesia for 3-6 months; at least 2 years of experience in the Grameen field or at another financial company; experience in collections and handling problematic customers; knowledge of and ability to implement business processes based on the Grameen model; willingness to travel and be stationed anywhere in Indonesia.
