Job Description: Create new product formulas using marketing briefs and determine suitable formulas and raw materials Carry out lab-scale and production trials Conduct preliminary product testing, stability assessments, and formulate product specifications Update existing formulas, prepare required documentation, coordinate across departments, and adhere to GLP guidelines Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or above required Minimum 1 year of internship/staff experience in Research and Development (Open to Fresh Graduates) Foundational knowledge of chemistry and/or pharmacy Familiarity with cosmetics, skincare, and beauty trends Required skills include critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, and time management Capability to perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic setting Commitment to full-time (on-site) work in Tangerang, Banten
