We are looking for an experienced Business Manager (Team Leader) to lead and oversee employee work within our company. The primary responsibility involves ensuring business operational efficiency and setting forward-looking strategic goals. The role also requires the competence to provide guidance for performance improvement by integrating company vision and culture. The aim is to ensure the profitability of company activities to support sustainable development and long-term success. Work Responsibilities: Monitoring marketing/business partner teams in terms of performance and target achievement Conducting market reviews and executing strategies to reach established targets Overseeing business processes related to SOPs, both administratively and in the field Being responsible for branch/point portfolio in terms of quality and quantity Maintaining team cohesion and managing internal team conflicts based on company regulations. Requirements: Minimum last completed education: Diploma Experience in leading teams for a minimum of 2 years Experience leading more than 5-10 team members Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (Grameen System Financial Institution preferred) Ability to develop sales & marketing strategies as a team blueprint to achieve targets Own a motorcycle and have a SIM C (motorcycle driving license) Willing to be placed across all areas of Kalimantan Required Skills: High discipline (integrity, honesty & transparency) Strong communication and teamwork collaboration skills High learning spirit, particularly for analyzing information and data Adaptable to changes and target-oriented Able to build a coaching culture to improve team performance
