We are looking for an experienced Business Manager (Team Leader) to lead and oversee employee work at our company. The primary responsibility is to ensure operational efficiency of business operations and set strategic goals moving forward. The role also requires competency in providing guidance for performance improvement by combining the company's vision and culture. The aim is to ensure profitability of the company's activities to support sustainable development and long-term success. Job Responsibilities: - Conduct monitoring of the marketing/business partner team regarding performance and target achievement - Perform market review and execute strategies to reach established targets - Oversee business processes in terms of SOP, both administratively and in the field - Oversee branch/point portfolio in terms of quality and quantity - Maintain team solidity and manage internal team conflicts based on company regulations Requirements: - Minimum last education level of Diploma - Experience leading a team for at least 2 years - Experience leading more than 5-10 team members - Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (Grameen System Financial Institution preferred) - Capable of formulating sales & marketing strategies as a unified team approach to reach targets - Owns a motorcycle and a valid SIM C - Willing to be placed in Batang Required Skills: - High discipline (integrity, honesty & transparency) - Strong communication and team collaboration abilities - Strong learning spirit, especially in analyzing information and data - Adaptable to change and target-oriented - Capable of building a coaching culture to improve team performance Benefits: 1.
