Supervisor Collector - Palembang Branch Qualifications: 1. Minimum education of high school/vocational school or equivalent 2. Minimum 1 year of experience in leasing, banking, or cooperative institutions 3. Possesses an active motorcycle and motorcycle license (SIM C), along with strong communication and leadership skills. Lead and manage the daily schedules of collector teams to achieve collection targets. 2. Monitor daily collector activities and provide guidance and mentoring. 3. Analyze collector performance and develop effective collection strategies. 4. Prepare team performance reports and collection administration in accordance with regulations. 5. Ensure all collection processes run in accordance with standard operating procedures and professional ethics.
