Position for Business Manager (Team Leader) with experience in leading and supervising staff. Main responsibility involves ensuring operational business efficiency and setting future strategic objectives. Must also be capable of providing guidance to improve performance by integrating company vision and culture. Job Responsibilities: - Monitor marketing/business partner team regarding performance and target achievement - Conduct market review and execute strategies to reach established targets - Oversee business processes related to SOP, both administratively and in the field - Accountable for branch/point portfolio in terms of quality and quantity - Maintain team integrity and manage internal team conflicts based on company regulations. Requirements: - Minimum Diploma degree - Experience leading a team for at least 2 years - Experience leading more than 5-10 team members - At least 2 years experience in Micro Finance as Manager (Grameen System Financial Institution preferred) - Ability to develop sales & marketing strategies as a guide for the team to reach targets - Must own a motorcycle and SIM C - Willing to be placed in PASAR KLIWON Required Capabilities: - High discipline (integrity, honesty & transparency) - Strong communication skills & ability to collaborate with the team - High learning spirit especially for analyzing information and data - Adaptable to changes and target-oriented - Able to build a coaching culture to improve team performance Benefits: 1.
