Description Job Tracking student learning progress and relaying relevant information to the Academic Team while carrying out any necessary follow-ups. Building strong relationships with students through consistent motivation, mentoring, and support throughout the learning process. Guiding prospective students and providing the information needed to assist the sales process. Offering direction, feedback, and solutions to students so they can achieve their learning targets. Meeting targets for presentations, student engagement, and sales according to company targets. Job Requirements Education of at least Diploma (D3) in any field of study. 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or a related field. Experience in the education industry, English language courses, or startups is an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to effectively prioritize tasks. Must own a smartphone and personal laptop. Target-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
