Solid interpersonal and active listening abilities with a high level of empathy. Strong communication competence in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is an advantage). Background in education, counseling, coaching, or marketing is a plus. Able to balance authentic coaching support with enrollment and growth targets. Not primarily career-ambitious; prefers a stable and calm work setting rather than fast-paced career progression. Key Responsibilities 1. Coaching Potential Students Interact with leads to gain insight into their goals, obstacles, and capabilities. Help students define academic, career, and personal objectives. Assist students in navigating challenges and discovering opportunities. Collaborate with students to develop practical steps toward their future plans. 2. Building Trust & Ambassadorship Motivate students to confidently pursue higher education. Develop meaningful, lasting relationships even when students do not enroll right away. Encourage students to become brand ambassadors who share their Horizon journey with peers, families, and schools. 3. Supporting Enrollment & Marketing Growth Coordinate with the Marketing Coach Lead to maintain consistent coaching standards. Partner with Area Marketing Leads and Digital Marketing teams to optimize lead engagement. Offer coaching feedback to enhance marketing messaging and campaigns. Drive referrals and word-of-mouth growth originating from coached students. 4. Ongoing Development & Reporting Join coaching and communication training sessions organized by the Marketing Coach Lead. Maintain precise records of all coaching sessions, progress, and results. Share key insights and success stories with the Marketing Coach Lead and broader team. Actively participate in improving the coaching methodology.
