Seeking a Structural Engineer to join the team, contributing to the planning, design, and delivery of villa and residential construction projects in Bali. The successful candidate should possess strong technical knowledge in structural engineering, practical experience with construction and site coordination, and the capability to turn design requirements into feasible, constructible solutions. Main Duties: Handle the planning, design, and delivery of civil and structural engineering works for villa and residential projects. Carry out structural analysis and design calculations covering reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry, and other structural systems. Create and check engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, design reports, and technical documentation. Liaise with architects, contractors, consultants, vendors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery. Assess structural designs and technical deliverables for adherence to relevant codes, regulations, project requirements, and quality standards. Offer practical engineering solutions to technical and structural challenges during both design and construction stages. Provide on-site technical assistance, such as reviewing shop drawings, material submissions, and addressing construction-related engineering matters. Perform site inspections and participate in design coordination, construction progress, testing, and other project meetings as needed. Align structural works with architectural, MEP, geotechnical, and other project disciplines. Aid in cost estimation, value engineering, and constructability reviews to optimize project results. Oversee assigned engineering deliverables to confirm they meet the agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Keep accurate engineering documentation, drawings, calculations, and project records. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in civil/structural engineering, with a preference for experience in villa, residential, hospitality, or comparable construction projects. Solid understanding of structural analysis and design, especially reinforced concrete and structural steel systems. Adequate familiarity with applicable building codes, engineering standards, and local regulations. Background in supporting construction activities, including site inspections, shop drawing reviews, material submittals, and resolving site engineering issues. Effective coordination ability with architects, contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. Strong problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills. Competency in relevant engineering and design software is a plus.
