Knowledge of café operations covering barista duties, coordination of kitchen staff, food preparation, and adherence to health regulations. Experience in cake decorating or relevant specialized training. Capability to lead a team, inspire staff, and uphold high service standards. Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and profitability management. Effectively address customer complaints, staff issues, or operational challenges. Experience using cash registers, point-of-sale software, and processing transactions. Knowledge of stock management, supply ordering, and reducing waste. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, product quality, and customer service. Responsibility: Handle recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff such as baristas, servers, cooks, and kitchen staff. Decorate cakes based on customer designs and requests. Develop new cake decorating techniques and maintain stock of decoration materials. Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours. Supervise daily operations, ensuring staff complete tasks properly and provide high-quality customer service. Address customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction. Oversee both kitchen and front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Prepare and manage the café's budget, maintaining profitability while controlling costs including labor, food, and supplies. Review daily sales reports and performance metrics, adjusting as needed to achieve financial targets. Develop strategies to grow business, including social media marketing, local events, or partnerships with other businesses. Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, staffing, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Placement PIK.
