Qualifications: High school/vocational school (SMA/SMK) education level or fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Having experience in or an interest in recruitment work. Communicative and capable of coordinating with both internal and external parties. Willing to conduct field area visits. Target-oriented. Possess strong problem-solving skills. Able to carry out recruitment of workers quickly and accurately. Job responsibilities: Performing recruitment and selection of candidates. Maintaining communication and coordination among divisions and clients. Routinely monitoring work areas on-site. Addressing operational issues in the field. Compiling daily/weekly reports for supervisors.
