Responsibilities: Oversee and ensure the smooth production process from beginning to end. Monitor product quality and ensure products meet established standards. Identify and resolve issues or obstacles in the production process. Coordinate and communicate effectively with other production team members. Collect and analyze data related to production process productivity and efficiency. Assist in preparing SOPs, reports, and shift schedules. Assist with production administration. Qualifications: Minimum high school education (SMA/SMK). Experience in manufacture flexible packaging is preferred. Understand production processes and have good knowledge of production technology. Effective oral and written communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in a team, results-oriented, with strong analytical skills. Good understanding of quality management and occupational safety. Willing to work in a dynamic production environment. Ensure compliance with work safety procedures.
