Depends on PT. ADIRA FINANCE, this role involves visiting customers who have payment delays, collecting installment payments from customers who are late or past their due date (overdue/certain bucket). Responsibilities include visiting debtors directly or collecting via phone, negotiating payments, creating field visit reports and updating customer payment status data in the system, coordinating with relevant departments to further mitigate problematic credit risks, and helping introduce the company's official digital payment application to customers. Qualifications require a minimum D3/S1 degree with fresh graduates welcome, or an SMA/SMK diploma with a minimum of 1 year of Collection experience, possession of a personal vehicle, and willingness to work in the field. Benefits include base salary equal to UMK at the placement location, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan BPU, hospitalization insurance, performance-based incentives, and 1 week of training.
