Position requires at least a D3/S1 degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of laboratory experience is preferred. The role involves performing quality testing and analysis, sampling, documenting results, maintaining laboratory equipment, and coordinating with production and QC teams. Candidates must understand raw material, process, and finished product quality analysis. Ability to operate laboratory equipment and knowledge of SNI/ISO standards is required. The position calls for meticulous, disciplined, and responsible individuals who can work independently or as part of a team and are willing to work in production areas.
