Job Description: Preparing food ingredients according to standard operating procedures (SOP). Supporting cooking and food plating processes following established recipes. Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen area, equipment, and cooking tools. Ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation of food. Storing food ingredients according to food safety standards (FIFO/FEFO). Ensuring raw material stock is always available and reporting needs to supervisor. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations. Complying with hygiene, occupational safety, and food security standards. Qualifications: Minimum education SMA/SMK, preferably majoring in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management. Experience as Kitchen Staff/Cook/Helper/Waiters is a plus. Understanding of basic food processing and kitchen hygiene. Able to work in teams or independently. Disciplined, diligent, responsible, and willing to learn. Able to work under pressure and in a shift system. In good physical condition and able to stand for extended periods. Willing to work on holidays, weekends, or public holidays if needed.
