Qualifications: Students in their final semester or fresh graduates; available for on-site work Monday through Saturday; strong communication skills; enjoys socializing; experienced in service; meticulous in administration and data entry; able to handle complaints or inquiries from parents/students effectively; quick to learn about SJS programs; located in Surabaya. Job Description: Provide service to all guests and customers of Sang Juara School, both in person and online. Facilitate the program registration process. Maintain active communication with all prospective and current customers, including guardians and students. Compile database records and coordinate with the finance department. Carry out daily marketing tasks. Work according to instructions and submit reports to the Marketing Supervisor. Collaborate with the marketing team to increase revenue targets.
