Job Position: Collection Staff - Binjai Responsibilities: 1. Provide information, fulfill requests, and handle complaints regarding Telkomsel services for all Telkomsel customers 2. Escalate customer issues that cannot be resolved through Cookies tickets or other designated channels to the relevant function 3. Service Operation Support 4. Identify and record the purpose or issues of customers/prospective customers visiting GraPARI in the application specified by Telkomsel. Qualifications: 1. Minimum D3 education in any major 2. Good communication skills and English proficiency 3. Able to work independently as well as in a team 4. Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
