Responsibilities include recording all company financial transactions accurately and on time, reviewing and validating transaction documents such as invoices, receipts, payment proofs, and other supporting documents, managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) entries, performing bank reconciliations to ensure financial records match actual transactions, and preparing and maintaining periodic financial reports. General qualifications include a minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial statement preparation, ability to use Microsoft Excel and accounting software or systems, and attention to detail, organization, discipline, and strong analytical skills.
