About the position • An HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Staff who is responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) programs across the workplace. • Core duties • Oversee the application of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) programs within the work environment • Perform routine checks on work areas, equipment, and operational activities to ensure adherence to K3 standards • Detect potential hazards and carry out risk assessment and control of work-related risks • Ensure that personal protective equipment (PPE) is used in compliance with regulations • Carry out socialization, training, and campaigns regarding safety, occupational health, and environmental matters • Compile HSE reports on a regular basis and document occupational safety-related data • Investigate incidents, work accidents, and unsafe conditions and produce improvement recommendations • Oversee compliance with government regulations and company standards pertaining to K3 and the environment • Coordinate with relevant departments in executing occupational safety programs and environmental management • Assist in carrying out internal and external audits related to HSE and follow up on audit findings About you • Minimum D3/S1 education in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field • Minimum 1 year of experience in the HSE/K3 field (fresh graduates may apply if they possess relevant competencies) • Familiarity with applicable K3 and environmental regulations and standards • A general K3 certificate is a plus • Capable of performing hazard identification, risk assessment, and work risk control • Knowledge of emergency response procedures and incident/work accident investigation • Proficient in operating Microsoft Office and preparing HSE reports • Strong communication, presentation, and training abilities • Meticulous, disciplined, firm, and highly attentive to occupational safety matters • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
