Financial Management – Responsible for overseeing the company's financial reporting processes, covering budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities. Accounting – Maintains bookkeeping and ensures financial statements adhere to applicable accounting standards such as PSAK and IFRS. Tax Compliance – Manages the company's tax responsibilities, encompassing Income Tax (PPh), VAT (PPN), and Annual Tax Reports, while upholding compliance with tax regulations. Audit & Reporting – Compiles financial reports for both internal and external audits and coordinates directly with auditors. Cost Control & Analysis – Examines expenses and pinpoints opportunities for cost efficiency within business operations. Regulatory Compliance – Ensures adherence to financial and tax regulations in Indonesia. Team Leadership – Oversees and mentors the Finance & Accounting team to help the company meet its financial goals. Qualifications: Education – Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Experience – A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience across Finance, Accounting, and Tax, including time spent in a senior or supervisory capacity. Certifications – Preference given to candidates holding certifications such as Brevet A & B, with Brevet C considered an advantage. Technical Skills – Competency in accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS); solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and tax reporting (SPT); familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, Accurate, or equivalent; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Soft Skills – Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; excellent leadership and managerial skills; detail-oriented, meticulous, and high integrity.
