SPV FINANCE – PT KENCANA BAJA TRADA REQUIREMENTS FOR SPV FINANCE 1. Minimum education of S1 in Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields. 2. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with preference given to those who have served as Supervisor/Coordinator. 3. Understanding of cash management, banking, receivables, payables, payments, and cash flow. 4. Understanding of bank reconciliation as well as aging receivables monitoring and analysis. 5. Understanding of invoice processing, tax invoices, supplier payments, and financial administration. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial data processing. 7. Preference for candidates experienced in using Accounting/ERP systems. 8. Possessing analytical, problem-solving, and strong control skills. 9. Able to lead, guide, and evaluate a Finance team. 10. Able to coordinate with Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, and related divisions. 11. Meticulous, disciplined, responsible, communicative, and possessing high integrity.
