Job Description: Identify strategic business locations in designated areas as potential SPX Express SCP agents. Approach, introduce the program, and educate business owners on the benefits and collaboration mechanism. Negotiate and acquire prospective agents to reach established targets. Assist the registration process, verify document completeness, and ensure agents are active (Go live). Requirements: Minimum graduate of SMA/SMK or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of field sales experience. Experience in FMCG, Micro Banking, or merchant acquisition industries is an added value. Proficient in the domicile area, including field conditions and local community characteristics. Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Professional appearance. Own vehicle and valid driving license required. Willing to work with high field mobility. Able to achieve established targets
