Gather ideas and data, do research, and develop concepts for content creation. Responsible for building and managing web, online, and social media content that aligns with the desired identity and brand. Evaluate published content, create content related to FMCG, personal care, and beauty products, and handle posting of all media content across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and website. Conduct research to support the development and creative team in finding the best or most potential selling points for new or existing products. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's degree, minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same field (social media specialist, content creator, and copywriter); experience in FMCG, beauty, personal care, or fragrance industries is a plus. Must be creative, innovative, up-to-date on viral content, have an interest in beauty, and be social media savvy. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, and copywriting, along with skills in photo/video editing tools or applications, is a must. Understand social media procedures and attaching a portfolio is a must. Good communication skills in English, both oral and written, with a good and outgoing character and personality. Able to join as soon as possible and willing to be placed in Greenlake City, Tangerang. NOTE: Interview will be held offline (at Head Office).
