Responsible for managing daily social media operations according to the strategic plan and serving as the main contact for social media account management. Must have production skills and hands-on experience in videography, photography, and editing. Works closely with the customer service team as a primary liaison. Manages execution of ad budget allocation and campaigns. Oversees KOL and community partnerships. Provides insights to the creative team to help with content development. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline. At least 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or similar roles. Proven experience in managing social media accounts, campaigns, and budget allocation. Knowledge of influencer (KOL) marketing and community engagement strategies is required. This position is based in Medan.
