Create content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook platforms. Plan and schedule content aligned with promotions and trends. Monitor and report on content performance. Respond to comments and messages to engage with followers. Collaborate with the marketing and design team. Work with KOLs/influencers for campaigns and content. Host or assist with live sessions such as IG Live and TikTok Live. At least 1 year of experience in content creation, preferably within the FnB Industry. Proficient in tools including CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Skilled in filming and editing content suited for social media. Up to date on current social media trends and able to apply them in content creation. Able to craft engaging captions and communicate effectively with audiences. Capable of communicating confidently in English, both spoken and written. Proficient at planning and scheduling content efficiently.
