Voltron Indonesia, a company operating in electric vehicle charging networks, seeks a motivated and capable individual to join its team at Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat, DKI Jakarta. This position offers the opportunity to directly contribute to developing environmentally friendly infrastructure increasingly important for the future of transportation in Indonesia. Tujuan Jabatan: Responsible for planning, managing, overseeing, and controlling all on-site project activities to ensure they are carried out in line with scope of work, technical specifications, quality standards, time targets, costs, and company occupational health and safety (K3) regulations. 1. Project Management - Plan project implementation according to contracts and company targets. - Create project schedules and control work progress. - Manage project resources covering labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. - Ensure projects proceed within budget and time targets. - Identify project risks and establish mitigation measures. - Coordinate with the Owner, Consultant, Vendors, and internal company teams. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management. 2. Construction Management - Control all construction activities on site. - Ensure work is carried out according to working drawings, execution methods, technical specifications, and company standards. - Supervise labor productivity and subcontractor performance. - Control material usage to meet specifications and remain efficient. - Oversee work changes (Variation Orders) and ensure they are well documented. - Make on-site technical decisions when execution obstacles arise. - Ensure every stage of work follows the planned sequence of execution. 3. Quality Management (Quality Control) - Ensure all work meets company quality standards, technical specifications, and contract requirements. - Conduct quality inspections at every stage of work. - Ensure non-conforming work is corrected promptly before proceeding to the next stage. - Supervise testing, commissioning, and final inspection processes. - Ensure all inspection checklists, test results, and quality documentation are complete. - Ensure no rework occurs due to quality non-conformities. 4. Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) - Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company occupational health and safety and environmental (K3L) standards. - Ensure all personnel use personal protective equipment (APD) as required. - Identify potential hazards and carry out preventive actions. - Stop work that poses safety risks. - Lead periodic toolbox meetings or safety briefings. 5. Project Administration - Ensure all project documents are well documented. - Verify work progress as a basis for billing (progress claims). - Control material usage and track on-site stock records. - Prepare work minutes, inspection reports, and project handover documents. - Ensure As-Built Drawings and handover documents are completed per requirements. 6. Leadership & Coordination - Lead all on-site project teams. - Provide technical guidance to Site Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, Technicians, and Subcontractors. - Represent the company in coordination with the Owner at the project location. - Resolve technical and operational issues swiftly and accurately. - Conduct periodic evaluations of project team performance. Kualifikasi: - Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction/electrical project management. - Understands project management, construction, quality management, and occupational health and safety (K3). - Capable of reading technical drawings and project documents. - Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
