Vibe development is seeking a Site Manager to handle day-to-day operations at the construction site, making sure projects finish on schedule, stay within budget, and meet quality and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with contractors, suppliers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to support smooth project delivery. Key Responsibilities Oversee and direct all construction activities on-site. Keep projects aligned with schedules, budgets, and company standards. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers. Track work quality and ensure it meets project specifications. Maintain adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Carry out regular site inspections and flag potential risks or issues. Examine project plans, drawings, and technical documents. Produce daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Track material usage and equipment on-site. Address construction-related problems and suggest solutions to management. Maintain proper documentation and records of site activities. Participate in project meetings and share updates with stakeholders. Oversee and manage site staff and workers. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience in construction project management or site supervision. Solid understanding of construction methods, building regulations, and safety standards. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Capability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Skilled in Microsoft Office and project management software. Able to handle pressure and juggle multiple tasks at once. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications Background in managing residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. Project management or construction safety certification is an added advantage. Prior experience collaborating with international teams and stakeholders is preferred.
