Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure work aligns with project schedules and specifications. Manage and supervise site staff, subcontractors, and labour teams to uphold productivity and safety standards. Monitor project budgets, track spending, and report financial performance to senior management. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across all site operations. Perform regular site inspections and quality checks to confirm work meets contractual requirements and industry standards. Coordinate material procurement, delivery schedules, and equipment allocation on site. Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and daily logs of progress and incidents. Communicate with project stakeholders, clients, and design teams about site status and any issues. Manage risk assessments and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or cost overruns. Liaise with local authorities and address permit requirements and site compliance matters. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site management, preferably in Indonesia or similar markets. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and team management abilities with experience supervising diverse workforces. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications. Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
