Coordinating and supervising on-site project work to ensure alignment with targets, schedules, quality standards, and HSE regulations. Managing manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and coordinating with subcontractors at the field. Tracking project progress, identifying obstacles or potential delays, and coordinating resolution. Providing technical support for construction, maintenance, coating and lining, tank, piping, and marine structure work. Preparing progress reports and follow-up or recovery plans when deviations in work occur. Ensuring work aligns with drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and HSE procedures. Requirements: Minimum bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Coordinator, Site Engineer, or equivalent position. Experience working on Oil & Gas, EPC, construction, maintenance, or marine projects. Experience in coating and lining, particularly for tanks, piping, or marine structures. Ability to read drawings and operate Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Strong coordination, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid Class A driving license (SIM A) and ability to drive. Willing to be placed at out-of-town site/project locations. Responsible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
