Primary duties include welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional way, providing information on products, prices, and promotions, handling sales transactions and payments, arranging and maintaining product displays, monitoring stock levels and reporting low or damaged stock, keeping the store clean, organized, and presentable, assisting with stock receiving, counting, and inventory checks, responding to customer questions and complaints appropriately, and supporting daily store operations along with other tasks assigned by management. Preferred qualifications include good English communication, experience in sales and customer service, basic knowledge of inventory management, strong teamwork and problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
