Job Description: Monitor delivery and pick-up processes for goods. Oversee inbound and outbound operations including third-party logistics (3PL) activities. Oversee sorting and distribution of goods carried out by couriers. Lead courier and driver teams while preparing scheduling for delivery and pick-up activities in line with applicable SLAs. Understand delivery zones, route allocation, and operational cost calculations (fuel expenses, etc.). Requirements: Hold an SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in any field. Have 2 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or related fields. Have a thorough understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes. Willing to work in shifts. Reside and be willing to be placed in Lemahabang, Kabupaten Cirebon, Jawa Barat.
