The Server ensures seamless restaurant operations through attentive service, strong product knowledge, and professional guest engagement. Key Responsibilities: Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service consistent with House of Kairos' service standards. Walk guests through the menu, offer informed recommendations, and clearly communicate food and beverage options. Ensure accurate order taking and prompt service through effective coordination with kitchen and bar teams. Anticipate guest needs and address requests or concerns with professionalism and care. Keep the dining area clean, tables well-presented, and the space ready for service. Follow operational SOPs, food safety requirements, grooming standards, and company policies. Contribute to a collaborative team environment and help maintain smooth daily restaurant operations. Qualifications & Requirements: Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, or wellness settings is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good English proficiency. Guest-focused mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality. Professional appearance, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. Ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
