SENIOR ACCOUNTING STAFF — PT Sumber Pancaran Hikmat (ISmile) Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field - Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting - Fluency in spoken and written English is considered an advantage - Available to work on a mobile basis across Jakarta areas and open to travel to other cities - Strong interpersonal skills, proactive approach, and solid leadership capabilities - Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities - High attention to detail - Effective problem-solving skills - Can-do attitude Key responsibilities: - In-depth knowledge of accounting practices - Collaborative work across teams, including different departments - Timely preparation of monthly financial reports covering GL, Trial Balance, Fixed Asset, Inventory, and Sales & Purchase - Review of cash and bank reconciliations to oversee the accounts receivable collection and accounts payable payment processes - Verification that financial transactions comply with applicable tax regulations - Analysis of expenses along with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting - Proficiency with accounting software, specifically SAP and Navision
