An award-winning luxury mental health and wellness retreat centered on mind, body, and spiritual healing is recruiting for the following position: Security (staff). Requirements include documented experience as a security officer or in a comparable role, preferably within a hospitality or luxury property setting; good physical fitness and alertness paired with strong situational awareness and attention to detail; discipline, punctuality, and dedication to preserving a safe and secure setting for guests and staff; the ability to stay calm and professional during pressure or emergency situations; strong verbal and written communication skills; readiness to take on flexible shifts covering nights, weekends, and public holidays; the capacity to work alone or alongside a team; and possession of a valid security license or certification where local regulations require it.
