Job Description: Deliver Training: Conduct daily training sessions for sales team members at client locations while strictly adhering to established guidelines. Execute Programs: Carry out standardized training programs built to support routine sales activities and improve team productivity. Track Performance: Oversee training outcomes and conduct evaluations to ensure effective implementation and monitor sales productivity. Maintain Materials: Revise and organize training materials, including slide decks, FAQs, case studies, and assessment modules, using standardized templates provided by the Head Office. Material Readiness: Keep all training assets and information current, well-organized, and readily available for field deployment. Coordinate Logistics: Arrange and assist regional teams with all required training logistics and keep training equipment in good working condition. Field Compliance: Verify that all marketing materials in the field are installed correctly and fully conform to brand standards. Team Collaboration: Work closely with PIC Trainers, Placement, and Business Teams to align daily training execution with immediate business needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Marketing, Marketing Communication, Public Relations, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in corporate or field training delivery, with experience in smartphone/tech training considered a strong advantage. Strong public speaking, storytelling, and presentation capabilities with the ability to effectively engage a classroom or in-store setting. Ability to administer and compile pre- and post-training evaluations. Solid grasp of technical/soft skills training and strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Proactive, independent in daily tasks, a strong team player, and highly resilient under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for reporting and presentation delivery. Willingness to travel frequently for field deployments and site visits.
