PT Tasblock Industry Indonesia is seeking a Sales Representative responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s market presence in assigned provinces or cities within the Kalimantan region. The role focuses on active lead generation, relationship building, and local market penetration. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated field professional with deep knowledge of local business dynamics, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Qualifications include a minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Materials Science, Marketing, or a related field, and minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, B2G Sales (highly preferred), or account management. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license (SIM C / SIM A) and their own personal transport (motorcycle or car) for daily client visits. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills are required, along with a target-driven mindset and resilience in overcoming objections. Fluency in spoken and written English is required. A background in the construction and building materials industry is preferred, as is prior experience in the specific local region’s market. Required skills include administrative coordination, English communication, field coordination, sales administration, sales data analysis, sales management tools, sales reporting tools, Indonesian-to-English translation, and understanding of the contract negotiation process. All genders are accepted, with no age limit. Working days are Monday - Friday, from 08:00 - 17:00.
