Qualifications: Female, age 18–28 years. Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent. Presentable, well-groomed, and confident appearance. Good communication and persuasive skills. Experience as SPG preferred (value added), but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Willing to work in shift systems, including weekends and public holidays. Physically and mentally healthy. Disciplined, honest, and responsible. Able to work individually and as part of a team. Job Description (Duties & Responsibilities): Introduce and promote products to prospective customers. Provide complete and clear product information (benefits, price, promotions, etc.). Attract consumer interest to try or purchase products. Meet sales targets set by the company. Maintain product displays to keep them neat and appealing. Conduct product demonstrations when needed. Report sales results and daily activities to the supervisor. Uphold the company's reputation and deliver the best service to customers. Gather customer feedback and report it to supervisors. Note: Non-hijab wearers are preferred.
