Qualifications: Must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; a background in Architecture or Civil Engineering is an added advantage. At least 3–5 years of experience in the construction industry is required. Those with prior experience at interior design firms, developers, or within the property sector are welcome to apply. Preferred candidates should have an established network of contacts among architects, consultants, developers, or contractors. Strong skills in communication, presentation, and relationship management are essential. Must be proactive, driven by targets, and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. Must be available to join a 3 month training program in Surabaya. Must be willing to be assigned to Surabaya, Jakarta, or Bali. Responsibilities: Source and develop construction project opportunities spanning villas, sports facilities, luxury houses, and more. Locate prospective projects across apartment, hotel, and other commercial building sectors. Work alongside the Engineering team and Content Creators on technical proposal preparation. Oversee project progression through design, planning, tender, and contract phases. Meet sales targets and support the company’s business development efforts.
