Job Responsibilities: a. Regular reporting, maintaining sales reports and tracking models b. Analyzing MoM/YoY and seasonal sales performance across products, areas, channels, organizations, and programs to evaluate root causes of sales target variances c. Evaluating the effectiveness of sales initiatives d. Generating insights and compiling sales data into summaries, then providing recommendations Job Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, data modeling, and automated reporting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and uncover business opportunities. Solid understanding of data validation, data accuracy, and error-checking processes. Experience in sales performance analysis, including MoM, YoY, and seasonal trend analysis, is an advantage. Ability to evaluate business initiatives and assess their impact using data-driven approaches. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations. Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in preparing executive summaries and management reports. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different departments.
