PT Bangun Indopralon Sukses (MPOIN) membuka lowongan sales motoris dengan area penempatan Surabaya. Responsibilities include making routine visits to material stores by motorcycle according to the assigned area, offering MPOIN products, receiving orders, achieving sales targets, finding new stores, maintaining good customer relationships, following up on store bill payments, and preparing visit, order, and collection reports. Qualifications include a minimum education of SMA/SMK. Experience as a motorbike salesperson, canvasser, or store bill collector is preferred, while experience in building materials is a plus. Applicants must have their own motorcycle and an active SIM C, be communicative, honest, meticulous, capable of negotiation, and ready to work in the field with a target-oriented approach. Working days are Monday–Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Recruiter requirements are male, a maximum age of 45 years, and a minimum of 1 year of experience. Required skills include business communication, debt collection processes, achieving sales targets, and sales management skills.
