PT Dutagriya Sarana mencari Sales untuk jasa layanan logistik. Duties include finding and contacting potential or existing customers through phone calls, email, social media, field visits, and other methods; presenting product or service information clearly and attractively; professionally and persuasively addressing customer questions and objections; offering solutions or alternatives tailored to customer needs and preferences; negotiating prices, terms, and conditions; preparing and submitting sales offers or proposals; handling sales administration, including contracts, invoices, delivery orders, and other documentation; maintaining accurate and orderly sales records; monitoring and reporting sales progress to supervisors or management; achieving company-set sales targets; building strong customer relationships and maintaining loyalty; and attending work-related meetings, training sessions, seminars, or other events. Working days are Monday through Friday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Requirements include all genders, a maximum age of 29 years, and at least 1 year of experience. Required skills are lobbying and negotiation abilities and sales capability. Benefits include BPJS, performance bonuses, annual leave, base salary, and other benefits.
